Cannoli are for sure the most iconic dessert from SICILY and second most famous Italian dessert worldwide after Tiramisu'. Here at SUD we reproduce it exactly how is made in the Island of the Sun but we replace the classic sheep ricotta cheese filling with our SIGNATURE VEGAN CANNOLI CREAM.
We select the best flour from south Italy and mix it with OUR VEGAN NON ALCHOOL RED WINE.
Our cannoli follow all the vegan and 5 points standards so it can be enjoy it from all the various palates.
The texture is super crispy and the filling is creamybut very refreshing because of the presence of a lot of Oranges.

USAGE
Our diy set includes 4 cannoli shells and ,filling for all of them and toppings like chocolate chips or caramelized orange peels.
how to fill :
1- CUT THE TIP OF THE PIPING BAG ( COLORED IN RED)
2- PICK A SHELL
3- PLACE THE PIPING BAG HALFWAY INSIDE THE SHELL AND PRESS WHILE KEEP ON GOING OUTWARDS
4- REPEAT THE PROCESS TO THE OTHER SIDE
5- DIP INTO THE TOPPING( SICILIAN STYLE) OR SPRINKLE ON TOP.
STORAGE
Our packaging is a family size pack ideal for 4 people.
Our Shell and cream is freshly made. In order to keep the crispiness of the biscuit we will place some salt under the set in order to keep the pack dry.
The best way to preserve it is to keep it in the fridge for 1 week .
IN CASE THE BISCUIT IS GETTING SOFTER IT CAN BE BAKED IN THE OVEN OR AIR FRIER FOR 5 MIN AND COOL DOWN SO IT WILL BE CRUNCHY AGAIN
