The black olive pate' is a cream made completely with ORGANIC black olive from the variety called CELLINA, a typical olive of the middle/south Salento.
The olives are washed, highly selected and calibrated than stocked into big container with salty water.
the product after its fermentation and stabilization will be milled with the addiction of local organic extravirgin olive oil and bottled.

After opened use it within 7 days and store in the fridge at 3-4° C or top it with extravirgin olive oil and place into the closet.
