Leccine Olives are a really special variety of fuit. It can be found throught Salento, Calabria and Sicily and it shown with a brown almost purple colour.
The taste is quite round and smooth with a light kick of bitterness at the end.
The olives are picked in the right harvest season and brought the the company in less then 2 hour.
in Here they will be washed,selected and calibrated and left in container with salty water.
Once the product has been deamarised it will be pitted and packed with sunflower oil and Italian herbs.
USE AND STORAGE
The best way to enjoy this great product is to eat it just like that, use it in salads, pasta or focaccie and in sauces.
After opened use it within 7 days and store in the fridge at 3-4°C or top it with extravirgin olive oil and place into the closet.
