The perfect way to cook it is:
1- mesure 120g/ 150g a person
2- boil the water (the best is using a BIG POT FROM of 6l of water)
3- once the water reach the boiling point trow a punch of salt
4- drawn the GNOCCHI in and stir sometimes in order to prevent to stick on the pot or to each other
5- Fresh gnocchi cooks very fast, in fact it oly takes 1 to 2 minutes or just look: once they are floating they are ready.
6- Strain the GNOCCHI direct into your favourite sauce and toss it for a minute. THE BEST IS:
- Toss IT INTO A Rich Tomato Sauce with some mozzarella Cheese and Top IT with Fresh Basil and Our Great EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL . Like the this you'll have have ALLA at The Traditional Gnocchi Sorrentina.
